About Diego's
On a trip to the Island of Oahu in 2003, the founders of Diego's Taco Shop and Catering realized a void that Hawaii had.  The island had no "authentic" taco shops. 

With a leap of faith, wholly based on a typical Southern California Taco Shop, Diego's Taco Shop and Catering was born in 2004.

For 5 years now, we have proudly been committed to serving the Honolulu community authentic Mexican food, and will continue to do so, for many years to come.
